Issues:
*Please test this package at localhost or intranet to understand how it
works. Leaving out menu pages and group (Content) unprotected from
password could be risky.

2. When setting $EnablePathInfo = 1; in config.php file though
the links in menu are still valid they give a slight glitch in
display of the Url in the browsers. Seems to work in Firefox and
   Konqueror.
To get around this using fully qualified url, in the menu page: eg.
   http://pmwiki.org/wiki/Main/AllRecentChangesShort
instead of "?n=Main.AllRecentChangesShort" should solve the problem.

Another option (a bit hackish though) would be to have a space in
the relative Url. eg."?n=Main.AllRecent ChangesShort". This seems
to remove the glitch as noticed before(but is not recommended).

3. Building large menus for use with jscookmenu can sometimes be a
headache, use /buildmenu/MenuBuilder.html to either build from
scratch or first build on your own menu and use builder to verify
the menupage code. A slight error in the menu page can sometimes make
   the whole menu display terrible.

4. This menu system might not work if the menupages are READ protected.
