This recipe page "Summary" contradicts itself because "PmWiki is a PHP web application,
so there has to be something that can support PHP and act as a webserver",
in other words - a webserver of some type is REQUIRED.

Here is the summary section at the top of the recipe page: 

    Summary: Allows PmWiki to run in a "standalone" mode, without needing a webserver such as Apache

Wording needs to change to something like "Allow PmWiki to run with simpler alternative to Apache Web Server"
