Description: Would it be possible to create a list of proper file ownership and permissions values for files and folders?

For example, if I need to reset the permissions on the folder uploads/SomeGroup, what should this be set to? What are the proper permissions for uploads/SomeGroup/Attachment.jpg? What are the proper permissions for files in wiki.d, and who is the owner?

Also, how do you change file ownership and permissions when you don't have ssh access?

This would be very useful for people restoring a wiki from a backup or moving a wiki to another server.
