Description: It'd be really cool to have a "sticky note" feature whereby people could easily attach notes/text that "floats" over the page. We'd need a markup and interface to support this, however.
It could certainly be done at the paragraph level -- i.e., provide a mechanism for people to attach floating notes at the end of paragraphs.
