Description: When HTML targets are customized in .php files--such as by adding target="_blank"--customizing PmWiki page text with %samewin%, to make a particular link have a different target, does not work. The method for specifying targets should be revised, to be more accommodating and flexible.

One can always write %target=_self% to force the link into the current window.
